Yes. Anyone may create an account but many products will only be sold to active duty law enforcement personnel. If a questionable item (such as a baton or oc spray) is on an order that is placed through our website the identity of the individual making the purchase will need to be verified before the order is billed and shipped.
In other words, just because you are able to add something to your cart and complete the checkout process does not in any way indicate that you will be sold the items on your order.
- During Checkout there is an In-Store Pickup option. What is that?

The In-Store Pickup option allows you to bypass the extra cost and delay incurred through shipping by coming directly into our store to pickup your order.
If you choose to pickup your order in our store you do not need to fill out any of the Ship To form or the address portion of the Bill To form. (If either form is already filled out just leave it alone.)
However, you will need to fill out the payment info portion of the Bill To form so that we can charge your credit card. The address we have on file will be used as the billing address.
- What are your showroom and/or business hours?

Our showroom is open between 9:00am and 4:30pm (PST) M-F (excluding national holidays) and is available to sworn law enforcement and government personnel only.
- Do all items ship directly from Swatgear.com's location in Azusa, CA?

No. Some items will be drop shipped directly from our manufacturers' warehouses. This may cause a variation in lead time from our normal UPS based lead time estimates as items may be shipping from locations other than our warehouse in California. If you have any questions as to what exactly will be drop shipped please contact Brent Doan.
- What is your return policy?

No return will be accepted unless a Return Authorization is issued prior to the goods being returned. If the error which necessitates the return is a result of an Aardvark Tactical, Inc./Swatgear.com error, no restocking fee will be charged. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase and buyer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be Freight Prepaid and in new sellable condition. Credit for the value of the returned merchandise (less restocking fees and shipping charges) will be made. Special Order items may not be returned.
- Do you ship over seas?

No. We ship only within the contiguous United States.
- Are there more products not shown that I can purchase?

Yes. Aardvark Tactical, Inc./Nonlethal.com sells many items that are not listed on this website. Please call 800-997-3773 to find out if the item(s) you are looking for are available.
- How do I check the status of my order?

You can check status by sending an email to orders@swatgear.com (please list an order number, contact information, and the name of your agency). You may also call 800-997-3773 ext. 121.
- How do I cancel an order?

You may call Customer Service at 800-997-3773 to inquire about cancellations. Once an item is placed with our manufacturers, cancellations may be subject to our Return Policy.
- What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password you can go to the Forgot Password page where you can reset your password via email.
