The 5.11 tactical rain pant has a fully seam-sealed construction with waterproof/breathable engineering. Its dual layer resistance to moisture penetration allows moisture vapor inside the pant to pass through the 100% nylon face for maximum breathability. The ankle zippers allow you to put the pant on without taking off your boots, and there arepass-through openings to allow you access to your pockets in your regular pants.
