Eagle's Instructor Emergency Rappel Belt (IER-1) is perfect for use under a duty belt, as a backup to your normal harness, or as an emergency harness for rappelling or helicopter operations. The IER-1 has a hook and loop fastener for securing the belt end down ensuring that the belt will not come open accidentally.
